What we collect

Minimal, privacy-respecting analytics (pages viewed, search terms) to improve discovery, and any information you submit through our forms when you contact us, ask for a quote, send a campaign brief or apply to be a partner. Depending on the form, that can include your name, email, organisation and role, details of your book or reading group, quantities, dates, delivery city, a budget range, and files you attach. Feedback on a reading shortlist (for example, "too long") is sent without your name or email.

How we use it

To operate and improve the site, respond to your enquiries, and understand which content is useful. We do not sell your personal data.

Form submissions

Information and files you send via our forms are transmitted to Srushta Media and used to handle your request, including preparing a quote or proposal and following up on it. If you tick the box to receive occasional emails about new reading lists, we use your email for that too, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

Cookies & third parties

We use privacy-respecting analytics where possible. Any hosting, analytics, or affiliate providers we rely on are listed here as the policy is finalised.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have submitted by contacting us via /contact.

Data sources

Book metadata is drawn from public and open datasets (such as Open Library and Wikidata), not from you.
